an Danjamgarrick : I found that my prostate gland was located a little higher up than I think most men's is located. Therefore, my fingers, prostate massagers just did not seem to work for me. I looked for different items in sex toy stores, etc and could not find what I needed to actually make full contact with prostate gland. I tried numerous objects. I finally found the handle of a stainless steel soup ladle worked perfect. Long enough to reach and long enough to get what small leverage I need to actually express the gland and make the prostatic liquid flow down the urethra and out the penis. As for the amount that comes out, I have yet to figure that part out. This one I videoed was huge, those are few and far between. I usually get a very nice puddle of fluid but sometimes its big and sometimes huge, Time between milking or time between masturbation or sex does not seem to make a difference. Sometimes its thick and sometimes very thin. Reasons for difference I do not know, the feeling is better when its thick or so it seems. But practice in finding exactly where your prostate is and how to express the milk from it is the key. Just sticking something up your ass usually does not do anything. There are some men though where that is not true. Just sticking something up their ass will induce prostate flow. But not me. And I cannot cum from doing this. There is a very small amount of men that can cum from prostate milking.

an dr26r : the handle of a stainless steel ladle. I find my prostate is higher up and need something longer and with some hardness in order to press against the prostate gland to express the prostatic fluid out.
